Broccoli puree soup

You’ll need
for serves 4

400 gram of broccoli
4.3 potatoes
1 onion
a couple sprigs of parsley
500 ml vegetable broth
salt pepper to taste
nutmeg pinch (optional)

Boil the chopped pieces of broccoli and potatoes in the broth (one welded rosettes broccoli can wait for the scenery). Finely chopped and fried in butter onion add to soup. When the vegetables are ready, make a puree with blender. If necessary, further dilute the hot broth to the density of the liquid cream. Serve it sprinkled with parsley or finely chopped broccoli.
