- Pumpkin meat - 1 kg
- 3 Carrots
- 3-4 Potatoes
- Pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon of paprika
- 1 teaspoon of nutmeg
- 200 ml of soy cream (can be replaced with a liquid low-fat cream)
How to prepare:
Peel and chop vegetables.
Boil them in water until tender.
Pass through a blender until puree.
Add soy cream, pepper, paprika and nutmeg. Mix well.
