Vegetarian pizza



Dough:

Basis for pizza (frozen) is sold in supermarkets. Or DIY: link is here.








Filling:
  • Mushrooms 100g
  • 1 large onion
  • Tomatoes 4 pc. medium-sized
  • Sweet pepper 3 pc. medium-sized
  • 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
  • 50g. of cheese
  • Spices: Turmeric, Curry, hop-suneli, salt, black pepper
  • Parsley
  • Dill


What to do:
A halve of sliced mushroom fry in sunflower oil. Cut onions, tomatoes and peppers into rings. Prepare the ground for a pizza (thaw if necessary). Lubricate well the upper side of the foundation with sunflower oil; put a sliced tomato on top. Put layers of mushrooms, onions and sprinkle with spices partly. Once again pave a layer with pepper and tomato, and then pour mayonnaise, sprinkle with grated cheese. Sprinkle with spices.
Put in preheated oven (temperature of 200-220 C) for 30-40 minutes on low heat.
