Often my brother and I tried to cook the dough for this recipe. In my opinion, this is the best recipe for pizza dough! In addition, the filling could provide everything that will be able to find in the fridge - from cheese and vegetables to mushrooms, olives, canned and sauces. We very much recommend it! Quickly and easily.
SoIngredients are:
250 ml warm water
25 g of fresh yeasts
0.5 tsp. of sugar
1 teaspoon of salt
2 tbsp. tablespoons of olive oil
350 g. of flour
In warm water breed yeast and dissolve the sugar. Leave for 10 minutes.
In a separate bowl, combine flour and salt.
Add water to flour with yeast and olive oil, stir smooth dough. We cover it and put it in a warm place to rise. Coming up the dough properly settle down.
It is ready for pizza!
